Due to a spike in requests, Defined Benefit (DB) pension retirement processing may take up to five months. If you plan to submit for retirement, please provide five months notice to avoid payment interruption. If you have already submitted your notice, you may experience delays. If you have questions, please call the DB Pension Centre: 1-877-480-9220.
Please note that once you've submitted your retirement notice, the Corporation will consider your decision as final, and any exceptional circumstances will need to be reviewed by Human Resources.
