Yes, you can make changes to your investment choices at anytime.

Transfers are free of charge unless you transfer out of a fund less than 30 calendar days after having transferred money into that fund. In such case, a 2% fee may be charged.

How do I change my investment choices?

  • Visit mysunlife.ca. Under the Requests menu, select Change investments and make the change online; or
  • call the Sun Life Financial Customer Care Centre at 1-866-733-8612, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, and a representative will assist you to complete the change over the phone.
