Why do I need an Access ID?
You will need an Access ID and password to securely view your personal DC and VSP account information on the Sun Life website and to access various forms.
The Sun Life website also has information, videos, and other tools to help you understand you DC pension and your VSP, and make sound investment choices.
To access this information securely, you must create a personalized profile with an Access ID and password.
How do I get my Access ID
Sign in to mysunlife.ca using your account number. You can find your account number in your Welcome letter or on your statement. Then select the Register now link.
If you are a new DC member, Sun Life Financial will mail your Welcome letter to your home. In the meantime, the Your Information Booklet – Defined Contribution, included in your DC pension package, gives you a temporary Access ID and password to access information on the website (see page 1 of the booklet).
If you have forgotten your Access ID or password, go to mysunlife.ca and select I forgot my access ID or I forgot my password.
