Why do I need a username?

You will need a username and password to securely view your personal DC and VSP account information on the My Canada Life at Work^TM website and to access various forms.

My Canada Life at Work has information, videos, and other tools to help you understand you DC pension and your VSP, and make sound investment choices.

To access this information securely, you must create a personalized profile with an username and password.

How do I get my username

To register for My Canada Life at Work if you don’t already have an account follow the steps below:

Select Register then input your policy #74216 and your Employee ID. This username and password will be what you use from now on to access both your benefits and savings information.

Under the Savings tab select > Manage portfolio > Change your portfolio > Enrolment express.

Complete the steps in Enrolment Express to join your group plan

Sign in to mycanadalifeatwork.com using your username and password.

If you have forgotten your username or password, go to mycanadalifeatwork.com and select Forgot password.
